Meet the Team Behind PROTOFORM 3D
Protoform 3D was founded with a passion for digital design, manufacturing and engineering.
With experience in product development, 3D modelling, and scanning technologies, we provide practical solutions tailored to your needs.
Joe - Lead Design / Print Engineer
Joe’s career started with an advanced apprenticeship as an electro-mechanical engineer.
After completing his apprenticeship, he continued to develop his knowledge and skills progressing through various roles across different companies for 11 years before starting Protoform 3D.
During this time he developed a keen interest and desire to specialise in product and industrial design.
Through work, further education & training, as well as working on consumer focused personal projects & side businesses, he developed the skills to be a competent & qualified CAD and 3D printing technician.
He is proficient in CAD software including Solidworks & Fusion360 as well as other 3D design software.
He is always continuing to learn more across different software packages to expand upon what he skills can offer to clients.
